How can I track an order placed by phone?
If you provided an email address when you ordered, you should receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't have this information, open a help ticket so we can assist by emailing us at help@incredibleinventions.com.
My order shows delivered but I did not receive it.
First, confirm that the ship-to address on your order was correct from your receipt. If the address is correct, click on the tracking number you were provided so you can confirm the delivery status with the carrier. If the carrier's page shows the order has been delivered, you'll need to contact the carrier for information on who they delivered the package to and they'll be able to trace it for you. If you're in an apartment or condo, occasionally drivers will deliver packages to the building's main office, and there have been some cases where drivers accidentally delivered a package to a neighbor, but either way they will be able to work with you and figure it out where your package went. If they can't find your package, they'll provide you with a claim number. Once you have a claim number, open a ticket with us by emailing us at help@incredibleinventions.com and provide that number so we can issue you a refund or reship your items.
I need to change the billing or shipping address on an order I placed.
Due to address verification policies for credit cards, we cannot allow any address changes after an order has been submitted. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it (and then you could place a new order with the correct information). Open a help ticket so we can investigate.
I need to change or cancel an unshipped order.
We cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed, however if the order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it and re-order any items you still want by emailing us at help@incredibleinventions.com.
I received the wrong item.

I need to return an item.
NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED FROM OUR SYSTEM PRIOR TO MAILING. BLIND RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR ACCOUNT CREDIT.
This policy is in place because returns are typically processed at different locations from where items are shipped, so it's important that the return is created in our system first. If your order is eligible for return, open a help ticket by emailing us at help@incredibleinventions.com so we can set up an RMA or replace the item.
